I think the best thing I ever did was join a gardening group on Facebook. For the longest time my timeline was filled with ads and bad news, but now it’s filled with people showing off their gardens and favorite flowers. All it takes for me is a few pictures of tulips and my day is brighter. That, and baby hedgehog pictures. CUTE!!

“Want’a bet yore life on it!”
Herman hollered, “Remember what I taught you Tillie Jane! Aim high so you don’t kill ah horse! That double ought buckshot has a wide spread.”
“I remember Daddy, just nod yore head when yer ready for me to shoot.”
Ted, Tillie Jane’s little brother was kidnapped. She sent for U.S. Marshal Shorty for help and got it. Then trouble really started. To Lordsburg, Los Angles and back to El Paso they followed kidnappers and bank robbers.
Banditos trying to rob a train didn’t know the best little shooter in the southwest was on that train. One cowboy hollered, “Ladies you’d better cover yore ears! When ten guns are fired at once it’s gonna be loud.”
Tillie Jane dropped to one knee in the isle, rifle at her shoulder. A cowboy looked back and saw Tillie Jane, she was making sure no cowboy stepped between her and that door. “Girl you’d better… ”
As that door opened and three banditos rushed in, Tillie Jane pulled the trigger of that rifle. The slug went all the way thru the first one into the second killing them both. The third one didn’t have a chance as ten pistol slugs ripped into his body.
