SHE HAS FEATHERS! My sweet chickie Iggy finally has feathers, and she is pushing her way to the food dish. I feel like a proud mamma hen right now. I originally picked the breed of chicken because they are large, slow and easy to catch for a hug. I think Iggy is going to be very small, and she is a quick one. Thankfully she is quick to jump in my hand when I put it in front of her. Also, since I can barely hold Summer like a falcon anymore, Iggy might become my new falcon even if she doesn’t quite look the part. I’m just as happy as can be about her progress. I will post some updated photos on my Pinterest page titled My Sweet Ladies later today. Click here to see view my photos.
